6. Pricing and Payment

- Blacklist the property address from future services
- Pursue legal recovery of the debt
- Report the debt to credit agencies
7. Cancellations and Refunds

- You may cancel a scheduled service at any time before work commences
- If weather prevents service, we will reschedule at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not suitable, full refund will be provided
7.2 Weather-Related Changes
- Services cannot be performed in unsafe weather conditions

- No additional charges apply for weather-related rescheduling
7.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

- We will assess the concern and either re-perform the service at no charge or provide a full refund

We reserve the right to use photographs and case studies (with identifying information removed) for:

If you do not wish your property to be featured, please notify us in writing.
9. User Responsibilities

- Ensure safe access to your property on the scheduled service date
- Inform us of any hazards, obstacles, or special conditions
- Comply with the separate Service Agreement signed before work commencement
- Not misuse your account or our services
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our technology or processes

You may not:
- Create multiple accounts for the same property
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the website's operation
- Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff
- Use automated systems to access the website (except as necessary for normal browsing)
11. Liability and Insurance
11.1 Insurance Coverage
Skywards Cleaning maintains $1,000,000 (NZD) in public liability insurance.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing roof conditions
